Do you have a strong dog that really pulls? The Boondog Wide Martingale Collar is built for medium to large dogs that need more control, without giving up comfort.

The 38mm wide band spreads the pressure evenly around the neck, so nothing cuts in. Wider means exactly that: the same force over more surface.

Webbing instead of steel. The part that tightens is not a chain but Boondog's own soft webbing. Loose at a normal walk, closing gently when your dog surges ahead, with as little stimulus as possible. Suited to strong breeds such as Labradors, Huskies and Shepherds.

The soft webbing is abrasion-resistant, dries quickly and holds its colour. The adjuster clip sets a safe, comfortable fit.

Boondog is a premium Korean brand, favoured by dog professionals. Available in 12 colours and 2 sizes.

This collar has no buckle. It goes over the head, and because there is no fastening in it the band is equally strong along its whole length. The 38mm microfibre webbing spreads the pulling force over a larger area, so less of it reaches the neck. Sewn with SERAFIL thread from AMANN; in a tensile test the webbing held 5,212 newtons, about 510 kilos.
