Where we deliver

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

What shipping costs

Netherlands: € 6.95
Belgium and Germany: € 8.95

Orders of € 75 and over ship free, to every country we deliver to.

Shipping costs are always shown with your order before you pay. Nothing is added after you press the payment button.

How long it takes

Netherlands: 2–3 working days
Belgium and Germany: 3–5 working days

We deliver within 30 days of your order in any case. If we cannot manage that, we will let you know and you may cancel the order at no cost; you then get your money back within 14 days.

If something goes wrong

Until you, or someone you have nominated, takes delivery of the parcel, the risk is ours. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@okayapetsupplies.com and we will sort it out. You do not need to call the carrier first. That is our job.
